The Fieldbus-compatible ZKJ Vacuum Manifold requires no separate input/output units, saving you valuable space. It is also compatible with IO-Link and PROFINET and is connectable with a single general-purpose cable, which reduces network load, requires less communication/power supply cables and wiring work, and minimizes disconnection risk, allowing you to optimize your time. SMC’s Vacuum Manifold for Fieldbus System can reduce your air consumption by up to 90% and reduces power consumption costs due to its energy-saving vacuum ejector, which supplies air intermittently when the vacuum decreases.

Energy saving design

A built-in pressure sensor and SI unit deliver air and energy savings, reducing consumption by an impressive 90% under testing conditions. With the energy-saving function on, air is supplied intermittently instead of continuously when the vacuum decreases, shortening exhaust time and significantly reducing annual power consumption costs. Additionally, an N.O. supply valve specification can hold a vacuum during power outages or when power is turned off, preventing the sudden dropping of workpieces.

A space-saving and more efficient installation

The ZKJ series can be connected directly to the PLC via Fieldbus without the need tor commercially available input/output, which means fewer cables and wiring work. This reduced number in connected devices results in a smaller network load and decreased disconnection risk.
